STEP 1
Leg een suikerklontje op een servet en laat het weken met Angostura-bitters.
STEP 2
Laat het geweekte suikerklontje in een julep tin of rocks glas vallen.
STEP 3
Voeg een barlepel sodawater toe en muddle.
STEP 4
Plet de muntblaadjes en doe ze samen met de bourbon in de julep tin.
STEP 5
Voeg gemalen ijs toe en Roer van onder naar boven.
STEP 6
Top met een kop van meer gemalen ijs.
STEP 7
Garneer met een takje munt.
